Forensics 4 Justice Inc operates the apps, Election Sign Mapper, Forensic Cases, and our website. We are committed to protecting your privacy online. By providing Personal Information to us, you agree to the terms and conditions of this Privacy Policy.

Please review this privacy policy periodically because we modify it from time to time. Please take a look at the “LAST UPDATED” legend at the top of this page to see when this Privacy Policy was last revised. Any changes to this Privacy Policy will become effective when we post the revised Privacy Policy on the Site. Each time you visit the Apps or Site or provide us with information through the Apps or Site, by doing so, you are accepting practices described in the Privacy Policy in effect at that time.

For example, when contributing to our organization, in addition to providing us your name, address, occupation, and name of employer, you will need to provide us a billing address and credit card or bank account information and answer a series of brief questions to make sure we may legally accept your contribution.

6.  ELECTION SIGN MAPPER USERS
Our goal with the App is to assist candidates and community organizing groups, manage their yard signs and determine if their yard signs help them in their campaigns.  
To this end, we solely collect data that will assist in this process. For example, we collect the user's email address to send out the invite to the App. Additionally, we collect data related to the placement of the yard signs. For example, we collect the GPS data of the location of the yard sign and image as well as a timestamp for when the sign was geotagged. This data is required to be collected for a user to utilize the App.
App’s Personally-Identifying Information
Certain users of the Election Sign Mapper App choose to interact with the App in ways that require Forensics 4 Justice to gather personally-identifying information. The amount and type of information that Forensics 4 Justice gathers depend on the nature of the interaction. For example, we ask users who purchase a “GeoTags Pack” within the App to provide a name, email address, city, state, and zip code.

7.  WEBSITE VISITORS
Like most website operators, Forensic 4 Justice collects non-personally-identifying information of the sort that web browsers and servers typically make available, such as the browser type, language preference, referring Site, and the date and time of each visitor request. Forensic 4 Justice’s purpose in collecting non-personally identifying information is to understand better how Forensic 4 Justice’s visitors use its website. From time to time, Forensic 4 Justice may release non-personally-identifying information in the aggregate, e.g., by publishing a report on trends in the usage of its website.
Forensic 4 Justice also collects potentially personally-identifying information like Internet Protocol (IP) addresses for logged in users and for users leaving comments on articles published. Forensic 4 Justice only discloses logged in user and commenter IP addresses under the same circumstances that it uses and discloses personally-identifying information, except that blog commenter IP addresses are visible and disclosed to the administrators of the blog where the comment was left.

8.  AGGREGATED STATISTICS
Forensic 4 Justice may collect statistics about the behavior of visitors to its website. For instance, Forensic 4 Justice may monitor the most popular pages and articles on the forensics4justice.org site or use spam screened by the Akismet service to help identify spammers. Forensic 4 Justice may display this information publicly or provide it to others. However, Forensic 4 Justice does not disclose personally-identifying information other than as described below.

9.  BUSINESS TRANSFERS
If Forensics 4 Justice, or substantially all of its assets, were acquired, or in the unlikely event that Forensics 4 Justice goes out of business or enters bankruptcy, user information would be one of the assets that are transferred or acquired by a third party. You acknowledge that such transfers may occur and that any acquirer of Forensics 4 Justice may continue to use your personal information as set forth in this policy.

The inclusion of a link on the Site does not imply endorsement of the linked Site by us or by any related organization.

We use a third-party service provider (the “Payment Service”) to process your donations. If you wish to make a donation using the Site, you will be directed to a webpage that is hosted by the Payment Service (or its service providers) and not by us (the “Payment Service Page”). Any Personal Information that you provide through the Payment Service Page will be collected by the Payment Service rather than by us, and will be subject to the Payment Service’s privacy policy rather than this Privacy Policy. 

Please note that this policy does not address the collection and use of information through the Payment Service Page or the privacy or information practices of the Payment Service. We have no control over, and shall not be responsible for, the Payment Service’s use of information collected through the Payment Service Page.

12. USE OF SITE OR APPS BY MINORS
The Site or Apps is not directed to individuals under the age of thirteen, and we request that these individuals do not provide Personal Information through the Site.
We do not knowingly, directly or passively, collect information from children under the age of thirteen. To respect children's privacy and comply with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act, children under the age of 13 should not provide any Personal Information on this Site. We ask that parents supervise their children while online.
