To this end, we solely collect data that will assist in this process. For example, we collect the user's email address to send out the invite to the App. Additionally, we collect data related to the placement of the yard signs. For example, we collect the GPS data of the location of the yard sign and image as well as a timestamp for when the sign was geotagged. This data is required to be collected for a user to utilize the App.
App’s Personally-Identifying Information
Certain users of the Election Sign Mapper App choose to interact with the App in ways that require Forensics 4 Justice to gather personally-identifying information. The amount and type of information that Forensics 4 Justice gathers depend on the nature of the interaction. For example, we ask users who purchase a “GeoTags Pack” within the App to provide a name, email address, city, state, and zip code.

Like most website operators, Forensic 4 Justice collects non-personally-identifying information of the sort that web browsers and servers typically make available, such as the browser type, language preference, referring Site, and the date and time of each visitor request. Forensic 4 Justice only discloses logged in user and commenter IP addresses under the same circumstances that it uses and discloses personally-identifying information, except that blog commenter IP addresses are visible and disclosed to the administrators of the blog where the comment was left.

Forensic 4 Justice may collect statistics about the behavior of visitors to its website.
